The scene
Calangute, a fishing village on the Goa coast before tourism arrived, August 1962. A large Portuguese bungalow belonging to the Pinto family. The matriarch, Elvira Pinto, is in the final stages of cancer, and a new will was filed three days ago that almost nobody in the house knows about yet.
The victim
Miss Clara Vaz, 41, Elvira's live-in companion and nurse for nine years, found in the garden below the back wall with a broken neck. The local sub-inspector has ruled it an accidental fall.
The suspects

Every one of them is hiding something, and their alibis form a single shared timeline. Somewhere in it, one statement cannot possibly be true. Find the contradiction and you have found the killer. This is as far as any file goes without spoiling it, the rest is yours to work out.
